Jewelry. Nice jewelry. No dangling hearts or kid-stuff though, it has to be classy, like diamond stud earrings or simple necklace. Something she can show off :)

I really think you should go for the top of the line spinning teeth.
Although, it might make her way of thanking you a little uncomfortable, but maybe in a good way?
